This website

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Its fonts are served from the site itself, not a third party. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, whose servers record visitors’ IP addresses for security; see GitHub’s privacy statement.

If we’ve emailed you

We contact people at UK companies whose work relates to our data packs, using business contact details published on company websites or other public sources. We only email business addresses at incorporated companies.

• What we hold: your name, role, company, business email or phone number, and our correspondence with you.
• Why: our legitimate interest in telling businesses about products relevant to their work.
• How long: up to two years after we last heard from you, unless you become a customer.
• Opting out: reply “unsubscribe” to any email, or write to us. We’ll stop straight away and keep only enough to make sure we don’t contact you again.

If you buy a pack

We keep your billing contact and invoice details for as long as UK tax law requires, currently six years, and use them only to deliver the pack, invoice you and answer questions about your order.

Who else sees your data

Our email runs on Microsoft 365, supplied through GoDaddy. We don’t sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll reply within a month. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
